今天給大家分享的是用豆角和肉末做一道家常菜。
1.豆角清洗乾淨,控干水份,切成小段,備用;
2.準備配料,蔥薑蒜切末,小米椒切圈;
3.鍋中放油,燒至六成熱後下入豆角;炸至豆角表面起皺,撈出控油;
4.鍋中留少許底油,放入肉末,炒至變色;放入蔥薑蒜末,一勺豆瓣醬,少許老抽;翻炒片刻,加入豆角、一勺耗油、小米椒;
5.大火翻炒均勻,美味即成。
